Hi Hopes Cruiser won his fourth race from ten career starts at the Henry County Fair in Ohio for the Suggs, training family of pacing Triple Crown champ No Pan Intended.

Standardbred driver J. Duke Sugg, of the family Sugg from Deshler, Ohio that trained 2003 Triple Crown champion pacer No Pan Intended, got a make-up full afternoon of harness racing off to a flying start Wednesday, August 19 at the 156th edition of Napoleon, Ohio's Henry County Fair, winning two of the day's first three races.

J. Duke subbed in for regular cart jock Pat Karcher and brought Western Jack handily first to the finish line in the initial race. In Race No.3, Sugg dashed to the winner's circle driving his own charge, Hi Hopes Cruiser.

Rain-outs On Monday and Tuesday

Monday and Tuesday evening racing cards were postponed to Wednesday afternoon following midday and overnight thunderstorms bursting with pyrotechnics that soaked the race track with more than three inches of rain.

Races seven through ten scheduled for Monday, and nine through eleven set for Tuesday were all canceled on the Wednesday program, which had to be shortened to accommodate other previously scheduled fair events.

The cancellations resulted in shifts in driving assignments. In the shuffle, J. Duke picked up the unplanned drives in Wednesday's No.1 and No.3 races.
